| ![]() Introduction to Moodle grads say:I would definitely recommend this training; it provided valuable insight into a flexible, user-friendly teaching tool that can dramatically increase the horizons of training learners and, possibly, for delivering tutor training as well. Summer/2009 I think this is a wonderful resource for both practitioners and learners. It opens doors and minds and invites collaborative learning for both. Summer/2009 Moodle is an excellent platform about new ways to instruct online and to learn about and practice new technology. Fall/2009 Since the course is so open-ended, I believe the quality of learning is directly proportional to the time you have to devote to the course. Winter/2010 Build and Deliver a Short Moodle Course grads say:This course has been tremendously useful for me. I have been teaching Moodle courses to students that I never see, and this time I got to teach to the students in my classroom. It was an eye opener. Winter/2010 My overall experience was awesome. This is the type of thing that I like to do. I will definitely build, develop and deliver another course using Moodle. I had a great experience developing my course! In fact, the major challenge for me was NOT to be Moodling all the time and for my full-time job and personal life to have any of my undivided attention! Will I develop another course? For sure! I've already requested space for three courses. What was your experience like? First of all, I had ulterior motives - such as trying out some new activities as well as integrating Moodle's philosophy. It was a wonderful experience and hopefully I have succeeded in creating a positive and supportive learning environment. |

Congratulations to the following Summer 2010 Introduction to Moodle graduates:
Congratulations to 17 adult literacy educators from across Ontario who invested 50+ hours of professional development time this winter to increase their skills using Moodle.
